The following list of Trustees’ preferred areas of support does not cover every charitable project the Trust funds but is intended to convey our main priorities:
- Older people (particularly the vulnerable and isolated)
- People with disabilities, mental health needs and/or learning difficulties
- Children and young people (particularly the most disadvantaged)
- Family support work
- Victims/survivors of domestic and sexual abuse
- Those recovering from substance misuse
- Prevention and rehabilitation of offenders
- Carers
- Village halls and community centres
- Improving access to services for rural communities
- Voluntary sector infrastructure and support
- Arts and sports projects where the primary objective is community benefit or the support of vulnerable groups
- Young people’s uniformed groups
