As part of our grant-making process we ask all recipients of funding to complete our Evaluation Form either when the project is finished or a year has passed. Whilst we try to keep this form as simple (and short!) as possible, we are vitally interested in your progress and would ask you to be as open as possible in the challenges you have faced and in your achievements.
It is worth noting that no applications for further funding of a charity will be considered until the Evaluation Form for the previous grant has been completed.
